A good photograph is knowing where to stand – Ansel Adams
Set Photography sits, for me, at the crossroads of events photography and live photography. On the one hand, it provides a visual record of the production: key moments, set appearance, wardrobe… effectively functioning as documentary work for posterity.
On the other hand, it offers a glimpse into creativity at work. The atmosphere, the behind the scenes, the problem solving, the minutiae, the collaboration of different departments… resulting in a conversation between various art form. An aspect I find both gratifying and stimulating.
Designed for productions companies, marketing teams or independent directors, these images are created to fit naturally into press materials or publicity campaigns.
Whether you’re wanting me to capture behind-the-scenes processes, on-set stills, or promotional imagery, let's talk production!
